Service Policy

NO-REFUND POLICY
All services are final and non-refundable once completed. If you experience a service-related issue, we will address it in accordance with the warranty policy below.

7-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
We provide a 7-day limited warranty for gel polish, acrylic, dip powder, and other nail enhancement services.
The warranty covers service-related issues such as:
– Gel polish chipping or peeling
– Color peeling
– Nail breakage
– Acrylic or dip powder lifting
– Other issues directly related to the original service
If an eligible issue occurs within 7 days of your appointment, please return to the salon. We will repair the affected nail(s) at no additional charge.

WARRANTY REPAIR LIMITATIONS
Complimentary warranty repairs are limited to restoring the original service, color, and design.
The warranty does not include:
– Changing to a different color
– Changing the original design
– Upgrading to a different service
– Redoing unaffected nails
If you request a color or design change, or wish to upgrade your service, additional charges will apply. A discount may be available depending on the request and at the manager’s discretion. Please contact the manager for further details.

REGULAR POLISH
Regular polish is not covered under the 7-day warranty because it is naturally more susceptible to smudging, chipping, and normal wear.

This policy helps us provide fair and consistent service to every client.
